At Trail Creek Property Management, our philosophy is that if you want something done right, you do it yourself.  That’s why we do most of the maintenance, cleaning, yard work, and advertising in-house.  We provide professional service; and because we do most of it in-house, we don’t have to charge outrageous prices.

This is not a cheaper, second-rate management alternative.  Our services are equal to, if not better than, other management options.  We will earn you more money by saving it.  We are qualified, responsible, and insured. I also hold an active real-estate license.
